Question by Dr Fernando: How do I become a film director?
I’m a high school freshman. I’m going to be a film director but I’d like to know what I can do now to help me get there. There are no photography or media arts classes availiable at my school until senior year. I take a theatre workshop class now (I’m not sure if that helps). What can I do outside of school to get started? Also, are there any good filmmaking books that you know of?
