Question by FoShizzle: Is their any Colleges I can go to in Portugal where I don’t have to learn or speak Portugese?
I really want to go to College in Portugal , but I don’t want to know the language. I know quite a few people there from visiting, they can speak english. I just need to know if there is a college in which they all speak english. I would like to go to school for filming/directing/digital designs. Anything along those lines. :] And I pefer to be by Faro, or Lisbon, or anywhere in a one hour radius of them.

Well 32% in Portugal speak English. Considering that you are moving to another country, why don’t you learn a couple of phrases to communicate around wit the people. To be honest, it is kind of rude to speak in English when people speak the Portuguese language.
