Question by Coyote: How much does it cost to produce a DVD of short films?
I need to produce a DVD of 30 short films; can anybody give me any pointers on how to budget this? Any programs or services that anyone recommends to do this? Thanks!

You really need to call a local video “production” lab. Fees change dramatically from city to city.
They usually charge by the hour.
