Tonight would have been quite the celebration for director George Hickenlooper. Cousin John Hickenlooper is now Gov.-elect John Hickenlooper, and his latest film, “Casino Jack,” starring Kevin Spacey as lobbyist Jack Abramoff, proves the talented documentary- maker had grown impressively since his last narrative feature, 2006’s “Factory Girl.”
