Where can i download or watch without downloading Philippine documentaries?
preferably videos with English subtitles but if there aren’t any it’s alright as long as the videos are about Philippine culture or anything Filipino.
I have tried youtube but the videos are not of good quality and they do not have subtitles. I suppose I can add the subtitles for my friends’ benefit but I will need to get hold of videos with good quality.
