I have a short film that I own and I want to cut some footage from the film and post it online, about 10 seconds worth.
How do I do that and what do I need?

just movie maker, or some video editing software. all you would do is import the video into the program, and delete all the stuff you dont want. you are left with that 10 seconds of video.
