Question by Jonnyboy: I am Wondering where I can go for film school? help please!!?
Alright. Well let me tell you all that you need to know.
Im a student from a CT high school, this is my Junior yearl. Ever since I started middle school ive always liked video production. I even joined a video production group for those 2 years, which streamed the morning announcements to all of the classes on Tuesday’s every week. Once I began high school I sort of drifted away from it, I always still liked it, and I would do well when I made movie projects for school. I am now in a communications class where we are doing video projects, infact most of this class now involves video production. I know im doing video production next year, but this class was a requirement first. So yes I am taking classes..
Ive never really been a “college” kid. I loathe the required classes that needed to be taken because all I want to do is make movies. I want to focuss on that alone. I want to get a BA in Video and Film Production.
Now times are tough with the economy.. and I don’t want my parents spending loads and loads of money for my future.. There is another person in my family who wants to go to college.. and that is already going to cost a lot.
So I was wondering if there was a good school that will get you a BA in video and film production (Not a certificate but a actual DEGREE)
I would also like it to be fairly affordable, or at least reasonable.. with reasonable housing/costs..
Thank You.. .. I really hope someone can help me here.
