Teens do more than park it at center
Teens are about to get organized. The Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District’s Youth Center offers a new schedule of activities for the 2010-11 school year, starting Oct. 18, after fall break. The delay opening the doors is another case of lack of funding due to the state budget crisis.
