Im a college student,i want a camera under 350 $ or so,I shoot short films,Im not asking for high end quality,but jus for some decent quality,i want to be able to edit it easily and have good video quality.What do u recommend???

1.if your are a college student then you should buy a hard drive based camera as it has no moving parts ,safe from rough use..hdd based camcorder is latest and you will be able to edit,copy your footage on the cam itself as well on pc.the editing is best in hdd cams .
2.the resolution quality in hdd is better than dvd and a little bit less than mini dv which are now out of fashion and tape can be used on 3 times ,so go for a hdd one only.
3.8 gb memory will be good for you .
