The U.S. studio DreamWorks Animation SKG says it is working on a big-screen adaptation of cartoonist Berkeley Breathed’s book, “Flawed Dogs.” Breathed is best known for creating “Bloom County,” a 1980s cartoon-comic strip featuring Opus the Penguin.
