I want to film a good quality action movie. Do I need final cut pro to make it look good. I’m trying to stay as low budget as I can. Also does final cut pro work on windows vista
And how much does final cut pro cost. I heard it’s expensive.

I am sure that there are other programs that can get the same effect but, I would answer yes to this. i use final cut and it definitely does the job.
