There’s a good website (http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/) that has tutorials on editing (look down the left side). There is also an active forum where you can ask whatever questions you may have.
Another great website for Windows Movie Maker tutorials is http://www.mightycoach.com/ . They have about 20 video tutorials (free) on how to use the program.
