That is a quick time to make a decision, so I recommend you take some steps to talk with some people at the college as soon as possible. You don’t say where you are located (what college), but you can go online to check the calendar for the types of courses offered in each area to find out what is most interesting.
Your college should have a career center, where they can advise you about the types of jobs past graduates have been able to get with the different specialties; they can also help you understand the types of courses you would take in each.
As you are unsure of a career path, think back and ask yourself why you took Media in the first place – what drew you to it, and what is it that you enjoy about it? You will also have to consider the job opportunities for the specialty you select – if you love the idea of film, and are not worried about how long it takes you to get into a position, that is a personal choice. If you are more concerned about work, then you need to learn about a few types of roles you could get with either and decide the value vs risk of each.
Good luck with your decision.
