Question by NovoKane: Filming Interview Documentaries?
I’m taking a documentary production class, and we haven’t covered documentaries that involve interviews. Should I ask questions at different locations? What kind of angles should I film? Should I also be my own camera operator? Should I use a tripod? I would like to know everything that you can tell me, even if it is not one of my questions. Thanks.

Check out the movie “Heckler” or “Thrash” or “Air Guitar Nation”. You can find all three at your local blockbuster and include alot of footage of interviews. Another good one is “King of Kong: A fistfull of quarters”, that is an awsome documentary. All of these are really good and have alot of what you need for you what you want to do. Hope I helped. Good luck.
