Question by just curious (A.A.A.A.): how low can they go?
as if the producers of expelled weren’t bad enough in trying to equate creationism with science. now they are crying “fair use” after finding out they are being sued by yoko ono, for using her late husband john lennon’s song imagine without permission. i’m curious to know. how is attempting to demonize a man (who never claimed to be a scientist) for lyrics in his song in any way pertinent to proving intelligent design to be legit science (that’s the question i’m asking)? i hope she milks the filmmakers for every penny they made off this “documentary”.
you would think such religious people would know better than to go “pissing on the dead”…

looney one, well i did watch expelled…
de rerum, that was the point they were making. hence the lawsuit. they pointed to those lyrics in particular as a way of saying atheists want to destroy religion, thus demonizing john lennon. i’d be pissed too if i were yoko.
they being the producers of the movie.
looney one, indeed i did. never let it be said that i won’t listen to both sides of an argument. i gave stein and his camp every benefit of the doubt that they were going to promote something remotely scientific. in stead it was an hour and forty minutes of atheist bashing.
