Question by es2013: How to find people to interview for a documentary?
I am shooting a documentary on young/urban artists in Seattle and I can’t seem to get anyone to reply to any of my emails. Need some tips/suggestions on how to go about this

Pay them for their time. People call me all the time for polls and surveys. I always then them down. Why should I waste my time on their project?
