What i did was to determine which working actors run their own MySpace and Facebook pages. Don’t look for A-list celebs either, just working actors. Write them and ask if and how you all can do an interview. If they answer you, they will either forward you to their agent or publicist, or set it up with you directly. It worked for me. Good luck.
