IAFT Introduces New Approach to Practical Filmmaking Education
LOS ANGELES/CEBU, July 6, 2010 – The International Academy of Film and Television (IAFT) is pleased to announce the launch of its newest program ‘Professional Immersion Program in Filmmaking’. The nine-month, hands-on program guarantees its students the opportunity to earn film credits and real-world experience by working on an actual feature film production for theatrical release.
The Professional Immersion Program in Filmmaking is a unique program exclusive to IAFT that has its schedule revolving around the shooting cycle of a feature film. Students will be given the opportunity to work in various departments on a rotating basis to expand their learning, from Pre-production through to Post Production.
