Defenaltiy a powerful computer.
Try a Gateway FX series computer ($ 1000-$ 3000)
or Dell XPS. ($ 1000-$ 3000)
Adobe is very good at video editing software.
The easiest is Premiere Elements ($ 200) and a step up from that is After Effects ($ 1000).
