Question by Claire W: Info on the Vampire Academy movie?
I saw on Wikipedia that they were planning to make a movie out of Richelle Mead’s Vampire Academy series. They also have an official facebook page, but that doesn’t have that much info on it. And I’m not sure if it’s actually ‘official’ or not.
Have they started filming yet? If not, when?
Are there any official cast members, or any casting rumors?
A possible release date?
Is it just the first book or the whole series?
Which film production company is it?

According to Richelle Mead’s website, the movie options have been sold.
