Question by FAshionPassion: NYFA (New York Film Academy) reallly something i should invest in or try NYU?
Hi i had a question. i’m thinking of going to film school, but I didn’t know what the difference b/w NYFA and NYU’s film department were. I mean I’ve heard of NYU and how everyone (famous) went there. I’ve researched some and didn’t see really anyone come out (famous) from NYFA. I’m not really interested in staying in NYC permanently and I’d consider just doing independent stuff to get by and do my own thing. So I would like some pros and cons specifically about what’s learned from each with directing and most importantly producing please. thanks

You’re better off with NYU. I herd that NYFA ask for too much money and its not worth it. Goood Luck!!
