Question by kierra: Calling all who are into digital photography/film?
I’m interested in going to a trade school for photography/film/arts because it sounds kind of fun (and I think I may have a little creativity)..something of that nature. But I don’t have any special equipment and I don’t really know anything about this field, I’ve taken pictures with a camera but that’s about it..
What can I expect going to a 6 mo.- 1 year course of these studies? Am I getting in over my head? And what kind of jobs can I get from this?

The school will have all the rest of the equipment you need to create/make photographs.
All you need is some equipment.
A camera body or two, wide angle lens, normal lens, portrait lens, short telephoto, long telephoto.
And film or digital storage thingys. (Old school photographer, all film.)
Many years ago a couple of my classmates started off with a camera that had one built in lens. That is…two people, one camera. By the time the multi year course was over, each had done enough work to have a good working set of camera bodies and lenses plus photo lab equipment.
Each!
Take a chance.
Or not.
