Question by V: Does film editing or web design have 9-5 type jobs?
Are there film/video editing or web design jobs during certain hours like a regular work day with vacation or sick days? and I don’t want to freelance because I’m too lazy and would do other stuff instead so I want to work for a company.
Also is it 5 days a week? In other words, weekends off. How often do you think I would have to work overtime, maybe just toward the end of the project?
so there are companies with web designing/development offices where people have to work there instead of at home to receive pay?

Definitely yes!! There may be times when you need to work on projects at home or stay at the office late, though, since these jobs are so deadline-oriented. “Crunch time”, they call it.
