Question by Robert K: film editing what is it when bad looking video to good looking video?
Ok for a month or so now me and some friends have been recording home videos we have been doing all sorts of editing: sounds, intros, credits, editing audio from feed, adding animation (camera tracking) and now even green screening all self tought and learned from the net. But the thing we can’t figure out yet is how in the movies they record a video and it looks kinda cheesy, and they make it to where it looks top quality and sharp image. what is that exatly is there a name for it anything else i can figure out myself just need a heads up on it

It’s called a miracle! If you’ve got poor quality video there’s very little you can do to improve it. You can change the brightness, contrast and white balance in order to improve something specific, but you’ll never end up with something that’s top quality – that only happens in Hollywood!
