Question by rappityrat: How can i extract a video in WinRar if I only have one part of the two?
I have a class video I am editing for my group. Now, my friend divided the film into two winRaR archives. Now, he only gave me the second part because that’s the only part that needs to be edited pretty much. Can I extract the avi file to my desktop manually because it keeps telling me I need the following volume to continue extraction: [ok][cancel][help].

The thing is you can not extract a file if you do not have all the parts.. its like putting together a puzzle if your missing a piece it can’t be completed. The info is unaccessible if you do not have part one.. I suggest you get the first part so you can extract.. tell your friend to edit the video and re compress and split the video (Full Video) There is no way to do anything with the piece you have..
