Question by Q: Is there something wrong if every night the only way I fall a sleep is watching documentaries about genocide?
For some reason movies like Auschwitz or Worse than war make me relax and fall asleep. Is that wrong?
I said that I never implying that I don not anymore. If I had said that I never had that would be past tense and you would be correct. Also you sound like a self help quack.

To me, who never watches TV, it is wrong. I sleep like a baby. You say you “never fall asleep without watching TV”. That is not true; when you were a baby you fell asleep very easily and often. You can do that now if you remember how it was when you were little and recreate that atmosphere before retiring.
