Question by lazyjbob: Where can I find cheap but decent film editing programs?
Like if I have a digital video camera and want to make short movies. Are there programs I can find that are downloadable or do I have to buy something? Nothing super professional but I would like something with some features like fading in and out of sceens and being able to overlap different soundtracks. Any help?
