Question by Danielle Rose: Really need help with video editing/converting file type?
For my spanish class we have to do a video project, which is due friday. My friends and I finished the video but now need to fix it up.
We recorded on my moms camera, which records in film, so i converted it onto a cd so i can try to edit it. The problem is, when i put the disk into my laptap, I dont know how to save it onto my computer, and the other problem is that it wont open in windows movie maker.
Im not sure what kind of file it is or HOW to change it.
Could anyone help me save the dvd, and convert the file type?
The dvd opens with windows media player and i use either windows movie maker or a adobe video editer. THANKS SOO MUCH!

Try www.media-convert.com and convert the files into a .wmv format. Unfortunately, the sound is lost (which is a problem I’m trying to solve)
