The screen size and Retina Display make iPad be the best portable device to watch movies. The high definition and portability are combined perfectly in iPad. As a movie fan, I admit that the most common thing I do with my iPad is to watch DVD movies, so if you are just like me, you may interest in my list of top three movies for iPad.
1. Rock of Ages
Adapted from the classic Broadway musical, directed by Adam Shankman, starred by Tom Cruise, this movie got great success since being released. The story of this movie is simple, like other music movie, it’s about dream, love and music. If you don’t want to purchase this movie in iTune, you can rip the DVD edition to iPad with dvd to ipad converter for mac, which is also a good way to enjoy movies on iPad.
This is the plot of this movie: In Los Angeles of 1987, a variety of rock bands and singers are everywhere. In this big city where is full of dream, there are two young men arrive there. The girl is called Sherry Christian (Julianne Alexandra Hough), and the boy is called Drew Boley (Diego Gonzalez). They become the common people with dreams living in this big city. They love each other, they fight together. Even there are so many big stars in LA, but with their love to rock and singing, they finally stand out from the creatures. Soon, they get the opportunity to perform, to become the superstar. While at the same time, they love is in danger.
2. Keep the Lights On
In New York, 1997, documentary filmmaker Erik meets handsome lawyer Paul who is still in the closet (Means gay people who haven’t come out). Their first rushed encounter spawns more. But when they really fall in love with each other, and consider to build a family and to live together, the obstacles in the process can’t be withstand by life. A movie about love and family lights the emotion lights of modern American. Keep the Lights on shortlisted American Competition Unit of 2012 Sundance Independent Film Festival.
3. Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days
Have you watched the previous two movies? In this third movie of this series still are the kid Greg and his best friend Rowley. This time, they leave the school and begin their summer holiday. Then how they spend a unique summer holiday? Just rip the movie to iPad with dvd to ipad converter to find out.
Are you interested at these three movies? Personally, they are my three most favorite movies, so I will be so glad if you love them too. If you get an iPad, enjoy them!

www.facebook.com www.facebook.com Want to make a feature film? Me too. Actually, I want to make my third movie. I’ve written, directed, and produced (and often edited, shot, lit, cast, etc.) two feature films, and self-distributed them into limited theatrical releases. It’s a blast. But it’s also hard work. I’ve learned a lot from books, videos, and film schools, but the best education I ever got in filmmaking was GOING OUT AND DOING IT. People often approach me with scripts or ideas – and some of them are really good – but I’m so elbows-to-heels most of the time balancing my own projects and my family life that, as much as I might want to, I’m rarely able to help them, outside of giving them some advice. So…on this film, I decided to document the entire process in the hopes of answering questions, generating ideas, and motivating filmmakers to get out and MAKE YOUR FILMS! Unlike other film schools or instructional books/videos, this journey is entirely UNSCRIPTED. I’m not just telling you HOW to make a movie & then hoping for the best…I’m going through the process & sharing my experiences along the way. Whether or not the movie even gets made is yet to be determined (although I wouldn’t have started out on this journey if I wasn’t confident that I could pull it off). So please subscribe, comment, and enjoy these videos. Learn from them, ask me questions, offer me your ideas, and then get out and make an awesome movie that has a profoundly inspirational affect on the …

Question by Sophia: Well isn’t this hypocritical ?
A Chinese Christian filmmaker claims the wood ( of the supposed Noah’s ark) was carbon-dated to around the reputed time of Noah’s flood, which would be remarkable since organic material should have long since disintegrated in the last 5,000 years.

Isn’t it hypocritical how Bible literalists use carbon dating ( the very same method they distrust when it comes to fossil-dating ) to their own gains ?

What do you expect? Lying for jesus is what these people do, you can hardly expect consistency and fair play from them.
