Rotten Tomatoes had an interesting interview with Transformers producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura who has assured us that despite Bay’s statements to the contrary, he “can’t imagine Transformers without Michael Bay,” so it seems that the studio is going to have its work cut out for it in order to get him back on board because they seem pretty adamant that they want a 2011 release.
Exactly when of course filming will begin is anyone’s guess. If the studio has it’s way, the movie could get underway shortly in which case it won’t be
