Question by perfunker: What car or truck should a budding filmmaker own in Los Angeles?
I currently own a 1996 Honda Accord coupe, but I’m planning on having a vehicle that I can haul film gear in, in hopes that I can get equipment for my superiors on set. The concern I have is… well… I want a vehicle that will also allow me to get a date out in California… nobody want’s to be taken to a nice restaurant in an old beat-up truck… unless it’s something really old like one of those Land Rover Defenders from the late 1960s… the type you’d see on a safari…
Just curious, and want to see what others think.
