Question by Asher: What do I need to do to become a film producer?
I have a few people interested in making films, and they have great qualities. I have a few actors, techs, film editors, writers, etc. I’m a great organizer and I want to know what I could do to really get the ball rolling and turn this into a career.

watch many, many movies, become famailar with techniques of different filmmakers
