Getting in the film industry is all about who you know. I want to be a movie director and I want to know where Im going to go after film school. How do I get as many affiliates as possible to give me the best possible foundation to achieve my goal?

Meet with other filmmakers and actors at film festivals, filmmaker conventions, film school, etc. Also, make films. Build a reputation. You can also get a Twitter and Facebook account to get in contact with filmmakers.
