I’m an amateur filmmaker and I really need a quality camera to use for my films, but not too exspensive. My buddies and I make war-movies and a whole bunch of different comedies, so please help!

Quality camera costs a fortune. There are no cheap film cameras.
You need not buy one–you can lease / rent one.
