Many schools offer screenwriting courses, and there are several which have graduate and undergraduate programs specifically for writing.
NYU, USC, UCLA, U of Texas at Austin, Northwestern, Columbia and FSU have excellent film schools, and all offer multiple courses in screenwriting. The NY Film Academy has a really awesome screenwriting camp for teens as well as programs for adults.
I would also recommend taking film history, literature and creative writing courses.
Best of luck!
