in hollywood, what kind of movies would you make, what type of actors would you bring, how do plan to turn your film production into a millionaire production or billions?

I would do a film where 2 people are telepathic and can send mind message’s but when somebody else who is also telepathic starts to see what the 2 people are doing he start to mess things up..Like sending one of them nasty notes so they think its the other person.
