Question by Man with the Plan: Whats the best film editing program for the PC?
Since I don’t have a MAC and can’t afford final cut, I want to know whats the best film editing program for the PC.
I want to make some short films, and make some surfing, body boarding and cliff jumping films. I want something pretty good and high-end not something simple like Windows movie maker. I need something better than that. So for the time while I have my PC I want to make the best of what I have.
I was thinking Sony Vegas, but what will any of you advise? Give me your thoughts.

“Avid” is the best. If you go to their website they have a free download of very basic Avid software. It is usable to edit, but basic. This can give you an idea if you like it before you buy it. Happy Editing!
