Whats the best film editing software for PC that has like Star Wars light saber effects or other cool ones, or if no light saber effects then just like the best software editing program for PC?

FX Home is good for your Star Wars effects, but otherwise just plain old Movie Maker, or if you’ve got the cash, Adobe Premiere or anything Adobe for that matter.
