Its a short-documentary that’s directed by Johnny Depp and Gibby Haynes (Butthole Surfers) about John Frusciante filmed around 1993-1994 and its about him during his heroin addiction

THere is a 10 minute video online but, not sure if this is what you are talking about… it looks as if it is. But its only viewable online…. cant buy it or anything.
