Question by Kiwigirl: Which classic movie was the best movie ever made?
As part of my screen acting class we are expected to watch a classic movie e.g citizen kane and to evaluate the directing, editing, acting ect.. Which movie would you recommend I watch?
Im looking for a film with stand out performances from the actors and great directing.

Kane IMHO is okay, the fight getting it made is more interesting. Check out any movie by Billy wilder. He’s a good choice for old school as well as classic hitchcock. All depends on what genra you want.
